Nope. It's an original work. Basically, this guy (his name is Vincent Romersa) gets into a freak car accident that kills 4 other innocent people. He survives and attempts suicide to try and smother the pain. He is stopped by this mysterious little girl dressed in rags. Soon after biazzre things start to happen and he starts to question reality. That's the premise. ^^
