Squeeeee!!!!

A very good evening on Friday! Me and my mum and brother went to see this excellent play called 'Kill The Messenger' which was sort of like a Shakespeare humour fic ^_^ Basically, the idea is that there's a guild of messengers (because you have messengers in any Shakespeare play who bring crucial news, so they've got to come from somewhere.) One of them, Iago, is kicked out for lying too much, and promptly heads off to Venice to the command of a certain black general called Othello...he manages to escape at the end of that play, and goes off to be a false messenger and wreak havoc in a load of others....
For an Iago fan like me (he is *so cool*) this was very good, and also the guy playing him was just right and really cool *bounces excitedly* and the play was so funny as well! Also they took lines from all the plays and put them in their own play (if you follow) so every time they put in a line from Othello I was like "Yay!" (Although that's kind of worrying because I thought I'd forgotten all the Othello lines after taking the exam...)

Hey that reminds me. I was a little confused on your new story.

Let me get this straight, are the kids taking exams on the first day of school???

Either that, or you'll have thirty chapters.

Say, I'm sure you're seeking to major in english and grammar right? You're already excellent. Go publish something! You have the skill!

Don't worry there Rowling, I'm sure somethign will fit.

Hehe, Maths... in the US we're always overly specific with the Math calss we take, and we say "math" without and s. LIke, Calculus.

I'm not being a jerk, I'm just giving you some transcontinental insight.

And I still don't udnerstand the exams thing. In High School, we take exams for every class we take.

And games, uuhhhhh, Physical Education anyone?

Anywyas, school for me lately, *sigh*:

In Chemistry I, we're doing Quantum Physics! Grrrr!
In Algebra II, we're doing Polynomials. Double Grrrrr!

Quatum Physics, the study of movement of electrons (light). Didn't you hate Polynomials?

Anywayz, um, that's kinda weird, you see, I'm not exactly sure what we do for exams.

I know of the SAT's which is a test you take during Senior Year (Around Ages 16-18), your score reflects on everything you've learned in school. You need to take the SAT in order to get into most colleges. The colleges usually have certain expectancies with SAT levels.

Wow, English schools system sounds hard. I've heard many sides about it. Some say the english school system is great, and others claim it's very poor. But don't worry, it's always the american school system that gets picked on for stuff like poor school sytems.

I guess so. We're always being compared foreign countries. What the fuck! Just because we might spend less time studying or less time in school, doesn't mean we're stupid!

So, we're both on the bottom! YAY!

I hate exams; it's a test of how much information you can regurgitate, not of how much you understand. STUPID, I TELL THEE, STUPID!
