I vaguely remember the Oikawa thing at the end. So how much of Ken's behaviour could be blamed on it then?
Yes. It tends to... divide the fans somewhat although I think it does work well because it makes the later books seem more dreamy/nightmarish and that's really what the BR is, a living nightmare. But it's annoying because Kazuo is just the most undefeatable character EVER by then.
