Hooo. This should go up on FF.net and SkyeHawke, as this is a right proper fic here. :D I really did enjoy it and I think Slate and Mew were my favorites here - Mew because of her optimism and her subtle cleverosity, and Slate because of how objective and aloof he was even though he knows he's part of the gang. And it was a nice retelling of the game's story. :)
One Americanism I feel compelled to correct you on is when you had Cube say, "I've got some cents to get rid of." It's a bit weird for her to say "cents" in that context; your average Joe America would substitute it with the word "change." :) THE MORE YOU KNOW!
