You know, that's so true. I think... all of Team Kira and Team L do, don't they? And the task force... like you say, it's Ryuk and Rod Ross and people that don't. I actually didn't realise quite how many do - and it's really powerful of course that Ryuk doesn't.

I do think it's interesting how the anime chooses to show it when Misa has to start doing all the Kira killings - the song and the gothic lolita regalia and stuff. I think it... could imply she's not totally cool with doing it, even then - but yet, she seemingly totally ruthlessly used the deaths of celebrities and newsreaders to further her own goals. I think her whole attitude to killing is fascinating. *geeky Death Note moment*
