Yeah, a duvet is a big puffy quilt. And I imagine he was wearing it because all he wore in bed were the tight shorts and the cold and my virgin eyes would not allow him to wander into my room just in those. I think you were just meant to put a response to it - I know barely any Spanish so yeah :p
