It's so cold!
Anyway, I had a very nice birthday... I went up to London with my dad and we saw the Turner Prize 2005 exhibition and an exhibition on Degas and other painters. Very interesting although quite tiring. Have also had a chance to hang out with Nik and bully him into reading my fanfic and got to call
lycoris at last, which was great! Am now feeling rather flat - back at uni, it's cold, there is work, etc - but it was much easier coming back than it was when I came back during first year. I think this is a good sign.
Zoe: two china elephants
Nik: Battle Royale Vols 8 and 9
Mum and Dad: a new beaded handbag, chocolate, stress tablets, book - "365 Reasons to be Happy", diary (and my TV, but I got that at the start of term)
Grandma: Chocolate, a little mirror, £50
Grandipa: (grandfather on other side of family): can opener, nightlight, three enamel elephants, security marker pen
Aunt and uncle: £15
Godmothers: A scarf and a bracelet; a tea tray and mug set
Cousin: Red velvet scarf
Katie (friend from home): cuddly elephant
Donna and Debbie (friends from home): silver necklace
Bob: Akira Vol 3 and the new Terry Pratchett in hardback
