Without looking at the questions, pick 12 of your characters.

1 - Who would make a better college professor, 6 [Sugimura] or 11 [Satomi]? What subjects would they teach?
Hmm, that's quite a close call actually! Satomi is smarter academically and wouldn't care so much about what the students thought of her, but she also wouldn't be very patient with those who didn't understand and would refuse to modify her lecturing techniques. Sugimura would be nice to the students but he might be a bit of a pushover. Still, assuming he gets to teach martial arts, I think Sugimura would be slightly better. Satomi would probably teach some sort of science.
2 - Do you think 2 [Tetsuo] is hot? How hot?
No... I like the way he looks, butlarge foreheads don't do it for me his friends are hotter he's not my type.
3 - 12 [Yamagata] sends 8 [Niida] on a mission. What is it, and does it succeed?
With Niida involved? It's got to be something to do with porn. So presumably Yamagata sends Niida to buy porn. And... of course it succeeds! Niida knows everything there is to know about obtaining porn :p
4 - What is or would be 9's [Cube] favorite book?
Hmm. A biography of some famous Goth metal artist *waves hands vaguely*
5 - Would it make more sense for 2 [Tetsuo] to swear loyalty to 6 [Sugimura], or the other way around?
Hmm. Sugimura is more the type to swear loyalty (well, swear it and mean it, as opposed to swearing it while burning with resentment) but I don't think he'd swear loyalty to Tetsuo because he wouldn't approve of Tetsuo's behaviour. But then, Tetsuo wouldn't think Sugimura was cool enough to swear loyalty to. Unless they were in a Battle Royale, and Sugimura was threatening to hurt him if he didn't. Yeah, let's go with that. (Of course, Tetsuo would totally stab him in the back later.)
6 - For some reason, 5 [Yuko] is looking for a roommate. Should he/she share a studio apartment with 9 [Cube] or with 10 [Mew]?
Mew. Mew would tolerate Yuko's shyness and innocence, whereas Cube would just think she was boring.
7 - 2 [Tetsuo], 7 [Mitsuru] and 12 [Yamagata] have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss?
*giggles* They go to a cheap diner or takeaway kebab shop, and Yamagata and Mitsuru swap stories of juvenile delinquency, wild nights out, and how cool their respective leaders are, while Tetsuo sulks. (I really ought to stop slagging Tetsuo off in this meme. Trouble is, he makes it so easy. Which I guess explains why the events of Akira happened.)
8 - 3 [Sirius] challenges 10 [Mew] to a duel. What happens?
*dies* Mew laughs at Sirius and then tries to ten-tag him. It's a close call between her skating prowness and Sirius having a wand, but I think Sirius wins. Why he challenged Mew in the first place is open to debate - perhaps it was his way of flirting. In which case, once he's unStupifyed her (or whatever) he'll pick her up and ask if she wants to get dinner. I think she might go for it - it's a free meal, right?
9 - If 1 [Sanzo] stole 8's [Niida] most precious possession, how would s/he get it back?
Whatever Sanzo stole from Niida, I doubt Niida would get it back, because Sanzo would then drive off with the rest of the ikkou, and I'd like to see Niida take on all four of them. Well, actually I wouldn't, because even I'm not that sadistic. Possibly Niida would try and bribe Kiriyama into coming to help him as Kiriyama is the only one who has a chance against the Sanzo-ikkou (and not much of one).
As to what the possession is - to say porn seems lame, but I can't think of anything else :p
10 - Suggest a title for a story in which 7 [Mitsuru] and 12 [Yamagata] both attain what they most desire.

A personality transplant for Sanzo I think it'd have to involve some sort of bamfing portal, because there's no way you can get the Saiyuki and Akira universes together otherwise (well, if anyone thinks of one, do tell me, but I doubt you will). Oh, wait, I know! The whole illegal magic thing causes cracks to appear in the universe and Kaori falls through into Shangri-La (possibly while reading about the original legend or some other fun plot device). She runs into the Sanzo-ikkou when they save her from being eaten and when they realise she's another symptom of the problems in Shangri-La, they decide to take her along with them. Well, Hakkai suggests it, Goku is pleased to have someone else who might cook him food, Gojyo is uninterested because she's not cute but feels sorry for her, and Sanzo... Sanzo is okay with her because she's nice and quiet.
Wow, I'm rather impressed with myself.

Probably do some simple spells just so I could see what they were like. Maybe take me flying on his motorbike ^^

Oh... dear lord.
Sugimura would immediately pull back, leaving Yamagata and Sanzo to bicker. After some snide remarks, Yamagata would attempt to snatch the pancake anyway. If Sanzo was sober, he would hit him on the head with the fan and then snatch the pancake. If Yamagata had said something that struck a nerve, Sanzo would hold him at gunpoint and snatch the pancake. If Sanzo was drunk, he would blast Yamagata with a sutra and then grab the pancake from the wreckage of the table.
19 - What might be a good pick-up line for 2 [Tetsuo] to use on 10 [Mew]?
Oh... oh dear. I don't think there's any hope for anything more than 'Wanna ride on my bike?' And Mew would be too true to her skater roots to accept. No, I think this pairing is doomed.

Poisoning the spaghetti Actually... manga!Yuko is so unstable anyway that she might just poison, or otherwise subtly attack, someone like Mitsuru, whom she was scared of - so she could be arrested for that.

His crush on Kayoko, duh ^^ and that it's not that he's scared of fighting, it's that he's scared he might get to like it.

Cube, because of the skates. Satomi's not that fit and she doesn't drive.

Can't I just get a taxi?
Um... well, Mitsuru would presumably know the scary people in the neghbourhood and so would not get attacked... whereas Niida wouldn't. Plus Niida's creepy and molests people.
So I'd feel (slightly) safer in Mitsuru's company.
